- You stay the owner of your Google listing. I get manager access, and you can remove me with two clicks.
- If you ever leave, I'll transfer your domain, hand you the files and help you move.

- I won't promise you #1 on Google. Nobody honestly can. I'll do the things that actually help and show you the results.
- Only real reviews. Fake or paid reviews get listings suspended. Every review comes from a real customer.

If a payment fails: I'll email you and the site stays up. After 14 days, the site becomes a simple "call us" page that still shows your phone number. After 30 days it comes down, and I keep your files for 90 days. Pay and it's back up in five minutes.
